1. Open the relevant CHAPCHAP application.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Open the Menu.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
6. Confirm the account deletion request.

The account deletion option is available directly within the application, so users who have access to their account can submit a deletion request without contacting customer support.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When an account deletion request is confirmed, CHAPCHAP will process the deletion of the account and associated personal information that is eligible for deletion.

Depending on the application and account type, deletion may remove or permanently deactivate information such as:

• Account profile information
• Contact information
• Login credentials
• User preferences
• Other personal information associated with the account

Some information may not be deleted immediately, or may be retained, where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
