• 06:00 AM – 07:30 AM: Pickup & Transfer
• Pickup from hotels in Mombasa or Diani Beach and drive to Shimoni village on the South Coast.
• 08:30 AM – 09:30 AM: Arrival & Dhow Boarding
  • Arrival at Shimoni KWS (Kenya Wildlife Service) offices, followed by boarding a traditional Swahili dhow.
• 09:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Dolphin Spotting & Snorkeling
  • Cruise toward Kisite Marine Park, searching for dolphins (typically 85% success rate).
  • Guided snorkeling at the Marine Park to view coral reefs and marine life.
